What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. On race weekends, emergency support is available by phone for active customers with a support agreement.
How do I update my timing system firmware?
Download the latest firmware from our Downloads page, connect your timing console via USB, and run the T-Link Wireless Manager update tool. Step-by-step instructions are included in the download.
Do you offer on-site installation support?
Yes. We provide on-site installation, training, and commissioning services for new system deployments. Contact our sales team for a site-visit quote.
Where can I find product manuals?
All current product manuals are available in our Downloads section. If you need a manual for an older or discontinued product, contact support and we'll send it directly.
What is the warranty on RaceAmerica products?
All RaceAmerica hardware carries a standard one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Extended warranty and service agreements are available for facilities that require longer coverage.
Can I get a demo of the software before purchasing?
Yes. AXWRATS autocross software has a free demo available for download. For other software packages, contact our sales team to arrange a guided demo session.
